The Sith Order was formed thousands of years ago when a member of another order, called the Jedi, turned to the dark side of the Force. Others followed him and became Sith, too.The Jedi are very different from the Sith. They, too, are experts in using the Force,but they are not interested in power for
themselves. Instead, they seek justice for all, and use the light side of the Force to maintain peace and order in the galaxy.Their opposing beliefs have made Jedi warriors the main enemy of the Sith.

The Sith believe that the dark side of the Force is more powerful than the light. Turning to the dark side can bring great power quickly, while the Jedi have to study the light side of the Force patiently for
many years before they are able to master it. The Jedi believed that they had destroyed all the Sith a thousand years ago. In fact,one Sith survived and went into hiding,determined to return stronger than before and wreak revenge on the Jedi.
